Tillman’s Roadhouse is where tradition meets contemporary. The Bishop Arts District has a longstanding history of eclectic artist impression and urban vibe, and Tillman’s embraces local producers to bring the best of Oak Cliff to your table.
In 1992, seasoned sous chef Ricky Tillman and his wife Sara opened a quaint New American restaurant in the urban artist alcove of Oak Cliff called the Bishop Arts District. Then called Tillman’s Corner, the warm & inviting vibe attracted patrons from all corners of DFW who craved Ricky’s modern spin on comfort food and Texas tradition.
Today, our restaurant has a new name - Tillman’s Roadhouse - but owner Jeffry Kollinger continues to carry on the Tillman’s legacy of friendly neighborhood service and innovative savory cuisine. Led by Kollinger, we put a modern spin on the classic roadhouse, offering regional-inspired Texas tastes.
